I'm finally trying out the 3-day fruit flush cleanse. I practically eat this way anyway, so why not take a chance. I think I may do it for 12 weeks, by alternating 3 days on and 4 days off. I started two days ago with the protein shake/salad and today I been doing good eating just fruit. I can't wait to see the results. #staytuned.
This is one easy way I make my own pizza. I have so many ways. This is made by combining pepperoni, mozzarella, jar of artichoke and peppers and mayo. Mix together in a bowl in place on spelt English muffin. Bake on 350 for 10-12 mins. Whatever you don't use can be refrigerated or placed in a pan, in freeze up to 1-2 months. Once pizza is frozen place in a freezer bag to save space. Alternates: vegan cheese, vegan mayo and vegan pepperoni. ~enjoy~

Our immune power booster cocktail turned out wonderful. I love my juicer, it is very versatile, I finally tried the citrus function for my grapefruit and it was an easy clean up. Ingredients: Cranberries, cherries, grapefruits, pineapples, oranges (I opted out) and ginger (optional) .

Step 1 Combine berries and agave in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until berries begin to soften and burst, about 5 minute. Step 2 Add chia seeds and cook until very thick, about 15 minutes. Stir often. Step 3 Remove from heat and let cool then add vanilla extract. #tip- I used an old jam jar to store it in. Make Almond butter Blueberry chia jam sandwich, spread on toast or rice cake, etc. ~Enjoy~ Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Makes 10 servings. This juice is packed with loads of "antioxidants". I juiced pears, apples, beets, carrots, ginger, grapes, blueberries and ginger. Since I didn't have access to pomegranates, I just mixed in the juice afterwards. You can also juice without using pomegranate juice and still get the full benefits. Washing my fruit for my meal prep for the week and then I store it in oxygen free containers so the fruit will stay crisp longer. I use veggie/fruit wash along with vinegar or a drop of Clorox to assist with cleaning.

1 1/2 cup strawberry soy yogurt 1 cups blueberries 1 tablespoon honey... Method Place blueberries, honey, and 1 cup of soy yogurt in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Place the remainder of the soy yogurt into bottom 1/2 of Popscicle mold, then fill with blueberry mixture. Freeze solid. The popsicle mold I used holds 4 popsicles and is made with a slurping straw to catch any liquid that may melt. This type of popsicle mold is great for kids. Enjoy~ |
