- 3 cups fresh Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Agave Nectar
- 1/4 cup Chia seed
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Step 1 Combine berries and agave in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until berries begin to soften and burst, about 5 minute.
Step 2 Add chia seeds and cook until very thick, about 15 minutes. Stir often.
Step 3 Remove from heat and let cool then add vanilla extract.
#tip- I used an old jam jar to store it in.
Make Almond butter Blueberry chia jam sandwich, spread on toast or rice cake, etc. ~Enjoy~
Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
