Detox Everyday the Right Way

There are so many ways to detox. You must rid your body of parasites (wormwood extract is good for this) , heavy metals (fiber, burdock root), purify blood and lymphatic systems (lemon and cayenne pepper). Clean colon, etc. the list goes on. What helps the most, is to always eat living foods that are alkaline, drink plenty of water and stay away from fast food and processed foods. You can also test your ph levels by purchasing saliva strips.
