Fruit Preparation

Washing my fruit for my meal prep for the week and then I store it in oxygen free containers so the fruit will stay crisp longer. I use veggie/fruit wash along with vinegar or a drop of Clorox to assist with cleaning.

My delicious and nutritious power house smoothie.
Ingredients: Strawberry, banana, spinach/kale (as much as you can stuff in the blender), almond butter, Pea protein and Rice milk. ~Enjoy~ ‪#‎liveit‬ ‪#‎health‬ ‪#‎fit‬ ‪#‎suckerfree‬

Blueberry Strawberry Soy Yogurt Popsicles!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup strawberry soy yogurt
1 cups blueberries 
1 tablespoon honey...

Method
Place blueberries, honey, and 1 cup of soy yogurt in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Place the remainder of the soy yogurt into bottom 1/2 of Popscicle mold, then fill with blueberry mixture. Freeze solid.


The popsicle mold I used holds 4 popsicles and is made with a slurping straw to catch any liquid that may melt. This type of popsicle mold is great for kids. Enjoy~

Symptoms of too much heavy metal toxins in the body. Also aluminum toxicity can cause the same symptoms as well. Other ways to test for this is to get a hair analysis done. Ways to prevent metal/aluminum toxic overload is to maintain a diet high in fiber that includes apple pectin. Only use stainless steel, glass or iron cookware.

Detox Everyday the Right Way

There are so many ways to detox. You must rid your body of parasites (wormwood extract is good for this) , heavy metals (fiber, burdock root), purify blood and lymphatic systems (lemon and cayenne pepper). Clean colon, etc. the list goes on. What helps the most, is to always eat living foods that are alkaline, drink plenty of water and stay away from fast food and processed foods. You can also test your ph levels by purchasing saliva strips.
